The Hatco Toast-Qwik® Conveyor Toaster uses conveyor speed, not temperature, to determine uniform
toasting color, giving great flexibility and performance, as well as delivering up to 300 slices
per hour.
The TQ-300BA model allows for quick single sided toasting of sliced bagels. Most bagels can be
completed in as little as 45 seconds. Capacity is up to 300 bagel halves per hour. Toasts cut
side facing down.

This Hatco Toast-Qwik® TQ-300BA Commercial Conveyor Toaster was acquired used from a local restaurant that
went out of business. It was very dirty and greasy and was missing quite a few parts to make it complete.
We completely disassembled this toaster to inspect it and make sure that it is fully operational. We thoroughly
degreased and cleaned the entire toaster, then reassembled it using many new genuine Hatco® replacement
parts. All of the assembly hardware was replaced with brand new stainless steel screws, nuts, and bolts.
After cleaning and reassembling this toaster, it was thoroughly tested to ensure that it is completely
operational. It was run for over an hour and a half at full operating temperature and we toasted a half a loaf
of bread with it to ensure that it toasts consistently and evenly. We are happy to report that this toaster is
now 100% complete, functional, and ready for years of service.

We are now selling this completely refurbished conveyor toaster. This toaster comes complete with all of the
original parts and accessories included from the manufacturer when it was new, including the front conveyor feeder
ramp, crumb tray, toast ramp assembly, rear discharge vane, toast collector pan, and all control knobs. Many of
these parts were missing from this unit when we acquired it used, so they are brand new replacement parts that have
never been used. Most are still in their original packaging and have not been installed on this toaster yet.
There is over
$400 invested into this toaster in new parts alone!

it to find the next proud owner of this fine piece of equipment. This is a great example of a solid, built to last

Here are some more pictures of this toaster after it was cleaned and re-assembled. We have also included photos
of all of the brand new replacement parts that were purchased for this toaster in their original packaging.
Most of these parts (other than the toast ramp, which is required to operate the toaster in order to test it)
have never even been installed on this toaster yet and are still unopened in their original packaging.
Absolutely everything is included with this toaster that is needed for its proper and safe operation and that
you would expect this toaster to come with from the manufacturer when it was new.
Now that this conveyor toaster has been completely cleaned and re-assembled, it is time to test it out. We
plugged the toaster in and turned the switch on the front of the unit to "On", and it started right up and the
conveyor chain started rotating. After not even 5 minutes, the toaster was completely warmed up to operating
temperature and ready to start toasting. We ran approximately half a loaf of bread through this toaster and
every piece came out deliciously lightly browned and piping hot! The toast color was quite uniform and none of
the pieces got burned. However, as this is the BA (Bagel) version of the Toast-Qwik 300 series, it only browns
the bottom of the bread as it passes through the toaster. There is one top heating element, but it is only to
ensure that both sides of the bread or bagel get warmed up at least. We had to run each piece of bread through
the toaster a second time after flipping it over so that both sides were evenly toasted. This is not so well
suited for toasting bread slices, but is perfect for bagels and english muffins, where only one side needs to
be toasted.
So, as you can see, this toaster is in excellent working order, is all clean and shiny, and looks great!
It would make a wonderful addition to any restaurant, diner, cafe, or coffee shop's kitchen. This toaster
